Growing up in Newburyport Massachusetts, Jake played Hockey and loved snowboarding and surfing. When he moved to Florida at age 13, Jake had to pick up a new hobby, which turned into fishing. Jake started working in insurance at a young age when Glenn Galish took him under his wing and started showing him the ropes when he was 17 years old. Jake continued working with Glenn and learning the whole industry all while finishing High school and College. He is now in his late 20's and already has years of experience on the Life and Health side of things.
